Undergraduate
The five-year DDS programme is divided into two phases in which both academic and practical elements of Dentistry are studied and practiced. The curriculum is designed t oincorporate competency-based learning principles. The basic medical science subjects are conducted by the Medical and Allied Health Science faculties, with an emphasis on the interaction of dental and medical problems.
It is the objective of this programme to produce responsible and competent dental practitioners who will practice safe dentistry in providing oral health care to the local community comparable to international standards.
