The currency of Malaysia is the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The currency symbol is RM. Banknotes available are RM 1, RM 5, RM 10, RM 50 and RM 100. Coins available are 5 sen, 10 sen, 20 sen and 50 sen.

WEATHER
Malaysia enjoys a tropical monsoon climate. It is pretty much hot and humid with a bit of rain throughout the year. Through the centre of peninsula Malaysia, and in both Kuala Lumpur and Malacca you can expect low rainfall during August, although short tropical showers are likely in the afternoon. The region experiences an average temperature of 29 °C.
