Notes

Inclusive of GST 6% per conference fees

1. The fee includes seminar kit, proceedings, lunch and tea/coffee
2. All travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by participants
3. Participants are to arrange for their own accommodation. Participants are encouraged to stay at the hotel where the conference is scheduled. However, a list of nearby hotels are provided.
4. A Second paper could be presented by the same author with an additional payment of 30% of the conference fee.
