- KRA#4 – Sumber Manusia dan Institusi Cemerlang
- KRA#5 – Penjanaan Kekayaan Secara Optimum dan Strategik
- KRA#6 – Prasarana dan Persekitaran Ilmu yang Kondusif

Pengurusan Universiti dengan persetujuan Lembaga Pengarah Universiti akan menggerakkan 18 inisiatif strategik melibatkan semua Bidang Keberhasilan Strategik (KRA) bagi tahun 2018 dalam usaha meningkatkan lagi kecemerlangan Universiti.
