Introduction
Jurnal Pengurusan is published semi-annually in July and December by Penerbit UKM for the Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. It is a scholarly journal that publishes original works that advance knowledge of theory, practice, and research in the various areas of business including accounting, business economics, business education, business law, finance, information technology, management, marketing and research methods.

Works appropriate for publication in Jurnal Pengurusan include theoretical syntheses, conceptual models, position papers, literature reviews, and empirical research papers using quantitative or qualitative methods or both.

Information on the submission of manuscripts can be found either at the back of the journal volume, or under the section on "Information for Contributors" in the journal's website (http://www.penerbit.ukm.my/jurus.htm).
As a scholarly journal, it is the editorial policy to accept papers for publication based on recommendations by reviewers after undergoing a double-blind review. Papers submitted must not have been published or are currently being considered for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts written in either Malay or English are welcome. Submission of papers must be done electronically to jpukm@ukm.my or jurnal_pengurusan@yahoo.com.
