Panel data usually gives the researcher a large number of data points, increasing the degrees of freedom and reducing the collinearity among explanatory variables - hence improving the efficiency of econometrics estimates. This one-day workshop is organized with support from the School of Accountancy, Faculty of Economics & Business, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as part of their efforts to promote better understanding of panel data analysis among graduate researchers. This workshop is open to all postgraduate students, academicians as well as others who are interested in this subject.
