Committed to providing professional services to secure, control and improve quality management for each level of education, as well as to meet the needs of customers and statutory bodies

Client’s Charter

For students

  • Provide information or Faculty Handbook at least two weeks before the registration of new students
  • Announce lecture schedule at least two weeks before lectures start or the new semester begins
  • Conduct lectures in accordance to the teaching plan
  • Obtain a satisfaction score of an average of more than 6 / 10 at the faculty level
  • Ensure that there is zero error in the final examination papers
  • Ensure that there is zero error in the marking of answer scripts and entering of grades
  • Announce the examination results to the students before the first day of the new semester
  • Issue Dean's Award certificate at least two weeks after being endorsed at the Faculty Meeting.
  • Feedback on client complaints will be given in not more than 7 days and further action will be taken within 21 days from the date of receipt.

For Staff/ Public

  • Provide a shortlist of job applications within one month from the date of receipt of application form from the candidate or the Registrar’s office.
  • Process the application for promotion within 8 months from the date of the Faculty Peer Review Committee Meeting.
  • Manage the administrative matters in accordance with the Treasury Circulars, Letters of Service and Directives issued by the Government and any decision made by the University’s Board of Directors
  • Conduct faculty staff training according to current needs.
  • Provide feedback on client complaints in not more than 7 days and further action will be taken within 21 days from the date of receipt of the complaint
