Quality Objectives

1. Ensure customers get friendly, proper and efficient service.
2. Ensure implementation of and compliance to quality objective of ISO certification in Management of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies.
3. Guarantee quality of research conducted by academic staff and students in accordance with set guidelines.
4. Guarantee quality and effective consultancy conducted with various relevant parties.
