HARI INFORMASI PASCASISWAZAH /POSTGRADUATE INFO DAY (HIP2018)

20 Februari 2018: Berikut adalah makluman dari Pusat Siswazah UKM.

HARI INFORMASI PASCASISWAZAH 2018 (HIP2018)

  1. TAHNIAHkerana telah mendaftar sebagai pelajar Pascasiswazah UKM. Kami dengan ini berbesar hati ingin menjemput tuan/puan ke Hari Informasi Pascasiswazah (HIP2018). Majlis ini dirancang khusus untuk pelajar pascasiswazah yang baru mendaftar bagi membolehkan kami memaklumkan tuan/puan tentang kemudahan-kemudahan yang terdapat di kampus. Tuan/puan juga akan dimaklumkan tentang bengkel/syarahan umum/forum yang dianjurkan oleh Pusat Siswazah UKM untuk membantu para pelajar menyediakan rancangan penyelidikan, membuat kajian literatur, menganalisis data, persediaan untuk viva dan lain-lain. Dengan aktiviti-aktiviti anjuran Pusat Siswazah ini, kami berharap agar kami boleh membantu pelajar untuk mencapai ‘Graduate On Time’ (GOT).
  2. Hari Informasi Pascasiswazah (HIP2018) akan diadakan di Pusat Siswazah, UKMpada 21 Februari 2018 (Rabu).
  3. Kepada sesiapa yang masih belum mendaftar untuk ke majlis ini, sila daftar segeraDI SINI.
  4. Surat pelepasan daripada menghadiri kuliah untuk hari tersebut telah diedarkan kepada semua fakulti dan institut. KEHADIRAN adalah WAJIB.
  5. Sila hadir awal bagi mengelakkan kesesakan lalulintas dan tidak terlepas persembahan gimik oleh Naib Canselor UKM di bawah konsep Payung Merahbeliau. Tentatif program disertakan bersama emel ini.
  6. Jika tuan/puan memandu kenderaan sendiri, tempat letak kereta disediakan berhampiran di Dewan Gemilang, berhampiran Pusat Siswazah UKM.
  7. Bagi mereka yang datang dari KL dan Kampus Cheras, pengangkutan bas disediakan. Bagi pelajar Kampus KL, anda perlu menunggu di Kolej Tun Syed Nasir sebelum jam 7.30 pagi. Bas akan berlepas pada jam 7.30 pagi. Bagi pelajar-pelajar dari Kampus Cheras, sila tunggu di Foyer Fakulti Perubatan. Bas juga akan bergerak pada jam 7.30 pagi. Sila patuhi masa.
  8. Sila bawa buku nota bagi mencatat maklumat penting semasa majlis berlangsung.

Semua peserta akan mendapat beg galas sebagai cenderahati dari Pusat Siswazah. Kami juga menyediakan reruai jualan dan makanan. Kami juga menyediakan cabutan bertuah!!. Sila semak emel anda untuk pengemaskinian di masa hadapan. Jumpa anda di sana!!!

Bersama dengan emel ini disertakan aturcara penuh majlis dan jadual terperinci Sudut Bicara.

POSTGRADUATE INFO DAY 2018 (HIP2018)

  1. First, I would like to congratulate everyonefor being accepted as a new Postgraduate student at UKM. I sincerely feel that you have made a right choice to further your study here as we are offering high quality postgraduate academic programmes, supervised by expert in respective research area and in a very conducive learning environment. The purpose of the eventis to inform newly registered students of the facilities available for you on campus. Additionally you will also be informed about the workshops/public lectures/forums organized by The UKM Graduate Centre to help you prepare for your research proposal, literature review, analyze your data and prepare for your viva. With these workshops (and other activities) we hope that we can help you to Graduate On Time (GOT).
  2. The UKM Graduate Centre is organising aPostgraduate Information Day 2018(Hari Informasi Pascasiswazah – HIP2018) at The Graduate Centre, UKM on 21st February 2018 (Wednesday).

  2. All students are exempted from attending lectures/classes on this event day.ATTENDANCE is COMPULSORY.
  3. Please come early to avoid traffic congestion so that you will not miss the gimmick presentation by the UKM Vice Chancellor himself under theRed Umbrella concept. The tentative programme of the event is as per attachment.
  4. If you are driving to UKM, there are a lot ofadditional parking spacesat Dewan Gemilang near The Graduate Centre, You can park your car there.
  5. For those coming from KL and Cheras Campus, bus transportation is provided. For students from KL Campus, you have to wait near Kolej of Tun Syed Nasir before 7.30 am.  Bus will leave at 7.30 am. For those students from Cheras Campus, please wait at the Foyer of Faculty of Medicine. Bus will also leave at 7.30 am. Please be punctual.
  6. Please bring along a note book to write down some important information that you might gather during the event.

All participants will receive a backpack as a souvenir from the Graduate Center. We also provide booth and food and lucky draw!!. We are looking forward to meeting you on the day of the event. Please check your email regularly for further updates.
