Temuduga Kemasukan Pelajar FUU Sesi 2018/2019

5 Jun 2018: Sesi temuduga kemasukan bagi para pelajar baharu Fakulti Undang-Undang, UKM telah diadakan bermula 28 Mei 2018 hingga 5 Jun 2018. Sesi ini diadakan berdasarkan zon-zon iaitu:-

  1. 28 Mei 2018 – Zon Tengah (KL, N.Sembilan, Melaka & Johor)  & Zon Utara (Kedah, Perlis, P.Pinang & Perak)
  2. 30 Mei 2018 – Zon Pantai Timur (Kelantan, Terengganu & Pahang) & Zon Tengah (KL & Selangor)
  3. 31 Mei 2018 – Zon Tengah (KL & Selangor)
  4. 1 Jun 2018 – Zon Tengah (Melaka & Johor)
  5. 4 Jun 2018 – Zon Sabah dan
  6. 5 Jun 2018 – Zon Sarawak

Pengendalian sesi kali ini dibahagikan kepada 2 tahap iaitu tahap pertama para calon akan menduduki ujian bertulis dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu sebelum melangkah ke peringkat kedua iaitu sesi temuduga lisan. Pada tahap kedua, para calon akan diberikan beberapa topik dan masa yang mengcukupi untuk bersedia dan kemudiannya akan mempersembahkan idea dan hujah berdasarkan topik tersebut.

Temuduga ini merupakan proses kedua bagi para pelajar yang melepasi tapisan permohonan UPU. Tujuan utama temuduga ini bagi memastikan setiap calon berkelayakan bukan sahaja dari aspek kurikulum, akademik dan kokurikulum. Malahan menguji kecerdasan intelektual serta berfikiran kritis dan kreatif dalam melaksanakan tugasan sebagaimana yang diberikan semasa temuduga berlangsung.

Pada tahun ini seramai 768 calon telah memilih pengajian undang-undang UKM melalui sistem UPU dengan 303 orang calon dari 410 orang  yang memilih FUU, UKM sebagai pilihan pertama telah dipanggil untuk temuduga. Manakala seramai 260 orang calon dari 358 orang yang memilih FUU, UKM sebagai pilihan kedua telah dipanggil untuk temuduga. Ini melibatkan jumlah calon seramai 563 orang calon yang terlibat dengan temuduga bagi mengisi kekosongan tempat sebanyak 100 orang sahaja.

Tahun ini juga menyaksikan buat pertama kalinya dalam sejarah, para kadet Akademi Latihan Ketenteraan, Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) terlibat dengan temuduga kemasukan ke FUU, UKM. Pihak FUU, UKM dengan kerjasama pihak UPNM pada 30 Mei 2018 telah menjalankan temuduga terhadap 6 orang calon Matrikulasi Sains Pengurusan Pertahanan UPNM yang berkelayakan bagi mengisi sejumlah 20 tempat yang telah dikhaskan di FUU, UKM. Temuduga kedua dijadual akan diadakan pada 7 Jun 2018 bertempat di UPNM.

Semoga berjaya diucapkan buat para pelajar dan semoga bertemu di FUU, UKM pada kemasukan bulan September 2018.
