Sekitaran dan Sumber Bumi Kuaterner Sekitaran daratan, pantai, laut, proses pemendapan dan hakisan;
pembentukan tanih, hakisan tanih oleh air; endapan aluvium dan proses fluvial,
endapan tasik, endapan gambut dan proses di sekitaran pantai; perubahan aras
laut, perubahan iklim, endapan lautan, kepentingan ekonomi, kepentingan
kejuruteraan dan peristiwa Kuaterner dan hubungannya dengan bencana
geologi. Sumber mineral Kuaterner, endapan mineral plaser, bahan binaan
(agregat), mineral industri dan air bawah tanah. Morfologi dan lanskap Kuaterner sebagai satu
sumber warisan geologi. STAG 3163 QuaternaryEnvironment and
Earth Resources Terrestrial, coastal, ocean
environment; depositional and erosion processes, soil development, water
erosion on soils, alluvial deposits and fluvial processes, lacustrine
deposits, peat deposits and coastal processes; sea level fluctuation,
climatic change, oceanic deposits, economic significance, engineering
significance and Quaternary events and their relationship with geological
hazard. Quaternary mineral resources, mineral plaser deposits, building
materials (aggregates), industrial mineral and groundwater. Morphology

terrestrial, coastal and marine environments. CO2 Mampu menerangkan dan meramal perubahan
iklim dan kenaikan dan penurunan aras air laut di sepanjang Kuaterner.

CO3 Berupaya menghuraikan kepentingan
endapan sedimen Kuaterner terhadap ekonomi, kejuruteraan dan bencana geologi. Enable to discribe the significance of
Quaternary sediment deposits towards economy, engineering and geological
hazards. CO4 Berupaya menilai morfologi dan lanskap
Kuaterner sebagai satu sumber warisan geologi. Enable to evaluate Quaternary morphology
and landscapes as a geological heritage resources. |
