SYED UZAIR SYED OTHMAN
He graduated with Masters in International Business Administration, San Diego, USA in 1988. He began his career at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) before joining Malaysia Airlines in 1989 as Marketing Development Executive and later as Sales Planning Executive overseeing worldwide sales performances of MAS offices. He gained further business ingenuity through his exposure in the international management and marketing during his tenure as Area Manager of Spain and Portugal, as well as Northern Territory, Australia. Resigned in pursuit of an entrepreneurship, he has established and managed businesses in various industries. Currently, he is attached at UKM as a Consultant to Graduate School of Business.
HELMY HAD SABTU
Experienced business, financial and human capital development consultant with extensive exposure in the Malaysian business and financial services industry. Helmy has more than 20 years’ of experience in consumer and commercial banking in the areas of credit and marketing as well as operations and systems. He was formerly an Examiner with Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia (IBBM) for the Certified Credit Professional (CCP) [Consumer] Programme. In addition to lecturing in Marketing, Islamic Banking and Finance at Graduate School of Business, UKM, Helmy also conduct training courses for entrepreneurs, business owners and employees of Small and Medium Entreprises (SMEs) and Cooperatives as well as staff of Financial Institutions (FIs).

Associate Professor Dr. Ahmad Azmi Mohd. Ariffin
He is an Associate Professor at UKM-Graduate School of Business. His research interests are in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality Marketing, as well as Services Marketing. He received his PhD from University of Malaya in 2006 and Master of Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research publications have appeared in journals such as Journal of Hospitality and Tourism, International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Administration, International Journal of Event Management, ASEAN Journal of Hospitality and Tourism, and International Journal of Management Studies. Ahmad Azmi is also the author of “Meetings Tourism”, a research book published by VDM Verlag.
Associate Professor Dr. Tih Sio Hong
She is an Associate Professor at UKM-Graduate School of Business. She received her BBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and MBA from Keele University, and Ph.D. in marketing from University of Strathclyde, Scotland. She is involved in teaching, research, and consultancy projects. She is a member of the Japan-ASEAN
Entrepreneurship Development Research Team focusing on entrepreneurship education and SME development in the ASEAN region. She has provided consultancy services to both government agencies and private companies in the area of universal service provision, technology mapping programme, customer satisfaction
survey, and tropical fruit demand in European markets, and new product concept testing.
Assoc Prof Dr Norzalita Abd Aziz
Norzalita Aziz continues her career at UKM after 6 years of corporate experience in marketing and corporate communication in a multifaceted conglomerate involved in education, finance, hospitality, and manufacturing. She was a visiting consultant in Sultan Qaboos University and German University of Technology from September 2014 until June 2015. She is an Associate Professor in Graduate School of Business and an associate fellow member for Entrepreneurship & SMEs Development Centre at UKM. Her research publications have appeared in several journals including Journal of Business, Asian Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Tourism History, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing & Logistics, and ASEAN Journal on Hospitality and Tourism.
Dr Wan Hirwani Wan Hussain (Ph.D.)
He is a university researcher at Graduate School of Business, UKM and internet marketing entrepreneur. He specializes in technology transfer, commercialization technology, and law. He has been involved in technology transfer activity and commercialization technology from university to the industry. With over 8 years’ experience in internet marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), business development, product, service and commercialization technology, he knows how to costeffectively bring products and services to the marketplace. He has consulted with hundreds of customers about their business, ecommerce and internet solutions, helping them ensure a return on their technology investment.

Graduate School of Business is HRDF-certified
All the Training Programmes/Workshop conducted by Graduate School of Business are HRDF claimable under the Special Training Asisstance Scheme (SBL – Khas), subject to prior application to HRDF by the employers/companies.
Special Training Asisstance Scheme (SBL – Khas)
For programmes under the SBL Scheme, prior approval must be obtained from the Council’s Secretariat. Under the scheme, employers are free to identify their own training needs and formulate training programmes to retrain and upgrade their employees’ skills in line with their operational and business requirements.
