DR. TENG HUEI CHUN

Senior Lecturer

Biography

Dr. Becky Teng is a senior lecturer at Graduate School of Business, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She was an assistant professor at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan with 5 years of teaching experience specializing in teaching Human Resource Management and Organization Theory courses. Her experience and her passion in teaching has earned her an “Academic Teaching Rank Accreditation Certificate Lecturer” issued by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan. Prior to her Ph.D. graduation from the National Sun Yat-sen University, she was a visiting Ph.D. student in Florida Atlantic University, USA and Aarhus University, Denmark where she studied and participated in international seminars related to Global and Cross-Cultural Management. Her major research interests include feedback seeking behavior at workplace, personality trait, leadership, and human resource issues.
