Biography

Khairul Anuar Mohd Ali is a Professor at the UKM-Graduate School of Business. He received his first degree in Bachelor Business Administration from Washington State University, USA, his Master in Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and his PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia. His current research interests are in the area of quality management, supply chain management, performance measurement, service quality and customer satisfaction. His current research project are on the development of Customer Satisfaction Index and Mathematical Modeling for Performance Measurement of Malaysian Local Authorities, both funded by relevant Research Grants.
