Syeikh Abdullah Fahim Chair

Establishment of the Chair Abdullah Fahim was inspired by the Faculty of Islamic Studies in line with the Institute of Islam Hadhari. Thus, the 330th UKM Senate on May 16, 2007 has agreed to endorse the proposed establishment of Sheikh Abdullah Fahim Chair at the Institute of Islam Hadhari and the Board of Directors in its 4 / 2007 meeting on July 5, 2007 has agreed to endorse the decision of the Senate and the proposals have been forwarded to the Department of Higher Education on August 20, 2007. Now, Sheikh Abdullah Fahim Chair has received establishment funds from the Ministry of Higher Education of RM 5 million to start its activities.
