A resource centre with an up to date and specialised collection is absolutely necessary for any research institute like IKMAS. Bearing this in mind, IKMAS has setup a resourse centre soon after its inauguration in order to collect reference materials (particularly state of the art, and current) concerning Malaysian and International Studies within the framework of globalisation and social Transformation.
The IKMAS Resourse Centre is located in one of the wings in the IKMAS block, directly opposite the office of the API Fellowship Programme. It has tables and chairs to enable students to take advantage of the centre's collection to refer to materials necessary for their research. In the beginning, the collection at the centre was very meagre, but today the number and variety of materials has increased dramatically.
IKMAS has a qualified librarian to manage the Resource Centre.
