The 4th Malaysia-Japan Joint Symposium on Nanoelectronics 2019

17 Jan 2019 – Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics (IMEN), UKM with support from Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) will be hosting The 4th Malaysia-Japan Joint Symposium on Nanoelectronics 2019 as per below:

Time : 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Date : 4th March 2019 (Monday)
Venue: Hotel Bangi-Putrajaya, Bandar Baru Bangi

This 4th Malaysia-Japan Joint Symposium covers broad range of topics in the field of nanoelectronics from research groups in IMEN, UKM and JAIST, Japan. A total of 12 invited speakers from both institutions will share their recent findings in this symposium.

Participants from academia, industry, postgraduate students, and the government, as well as the general will get the opportunity to probe the recent advances in research and development in the area of emerging trends such as oxide thin film transistors, graphene based sensors-switching-memory-energy harvester devices, thermoelectric technology, III-V semiconductors spintronics, proton conductive polymer, transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) transistors, TMD Hydrogen evolution, semiconductor nanowires, nano energy harvesters, surface plasmon sensing and dielectrophoresis nano-particles manipulation.
