Graduation Requirements

1. COURSE REQUIREMENTS

a. Master Students (Microengineering and Nanoelectronics) should qualify the graduation requirements by enrolling and passing 6 credit hours of courses consisting of:

• 4 credit hours of course RARA6014 Research Methods (Science and Technology); AND
• 2 credit hours of elective course :
RRRR6012 Fundamental of Nanoelectronics; OR
RRRR6022 Organic Electronics; OR
RRRR6032 Applied Nanoelectronics; OR
RRRR6042 Micro Technology and MEMS/NEMS Devices; OR
2 credit hours of courses from any of the courses listed by the Faculty / Institute

b. PhD Students (Engineering Microenginering and Nanoelectronics) should qualify the graduation requirements by enrolling and passing 8 credit hours of courses consisting of:
• 4 credit hours of course RARA6014 Research Methods (Science and Technology); AND
• 4 credit hours of elective courses :
RRRR6012 Fundamental Nanoelectronics; OR
RRRR6022 Organic Electronics; OR
RRRR6032 Applied Nanoelectronics; OR
RRRR6042 Micro Technology and Devices MEMS / NEMS; OR
4 credit hours of courses from any of the courses listed by the Faculty / Institute

2. PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS

a. Master students (Microengineering and Nanoelectronics) should have at least 1 article in a journal indexed SCOPUS/ISI which has been accepted for publication.
b. Ph.D students (Microengineering and Nanoelectronics) should have at least 2 articles in a journal indexed SCOPUS/ISI which have been accepted for publication.
