Fee Structure
In hopes of promoting collaborative efforts with neighbouring countries, the registration fee is RM700 from the same organization for all ASEAN countries except Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. This is only valid for a minimum of two registrations from the same organization.
Registration fee for participant/attendee (non-presenter) is USD 250 (RM 750).
The EasyChair system can be used for registration with a guideline as follows:
- Sign in into the EasyChair Login page for IconSpace2011
- Fill up the form at New Submission link:
- Address: participant information (your complete address)
- Author 1: participant information and tick (√) the corresponding author box
- Title: Participant of IconSpace2011
- Abstract: Your institution (for example: Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia)
- Keywords: participant (enter) of (enter) IconSpace2011 (one per line, at least 3 keywords)
- Tick (√) for submit abstract only
- Click Submit.
The registration fees should be made payable to BENDAHARI, UNIVERSITI KEBANGSAAN MALAYSIA in the form of a bank draft / cheque / money order. Please fax or e-mail us a copy of the bank draft / cheque / money order and bring the original copy to the conference.
The conference fee includes conference reception dinner, seminar kits, lunches and coffee breaks.
