Peranan Mediator Faktor Kewangan Terhadap Penentu Pembayaran Sewaan Premis Komersial Wakaf Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang

Faktor kewangan merupakan elemen penting sebagai penentu kepada pembayaran sewaan terutamanya melibatkan perolehan hasil sewaan di Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang (MAINPP). Hal ini disebabkan, hasil perolehan wakaf masih kurang memuaskan hampir setiap tahun berbanding anggaran hasil perolehan sewaan wakaf yang sepatutnya diperoleh oleh MAINPP. Oleh itu, kertas kerja ini akan menggunakan faktor kewangan sebagai mediator bagi mengukur hubungan terhadap faktor pembayaran sewaan. Persoalannya, bagaimanakah peranan mediator faktor kewangan mempengaruhi faktor pembayaran sewaan premis komersial wakaf? Disebabkan itu, mediator faktor kewangan akan dijadikan alat bagi mengukur faktor pembayaran sewaan dalam kalangan penyewa premis komersial wakaf di MAINPP. Mediator faktor kewangan akan menguji tujuh faktor pembayaran iaitu kesedaran, kepatuhan agama, keutamaan, kepenggunaan, pergantungan, hutang dan pengurusan. Justeru, reka bentuk kerja ini berbentuk statistik inferens dengan menggunakan kaedah borang soal selidik sebagai kaedah pengumpulan data. Sebanyak 40 borang soal selidik dianalisis yang melibatkan penyewa premis komersial wakaf. Analisis data menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 22 dan Smart-PLS versi 3.2.7. Hasil dapatan menunjukkan peranan mediator faktor kewangan memberi kesan yang sederhana terhadap penentu pembayaran sewaan berdasarkan ujian q². Kesan mediator faktor kewangan juga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap faktor kesedaran dan kepenggunaan secara hubungan tidak langsung apabila nilai koefisien teranggar terhadap faktor kesedaran dan kepenggunaan menunjukkan kesan positif.

Financial factor is an important element as the rental payment especially involving rental endowment at the Penang Islamic Council, or Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang (MAINPP). This is due to the fact that, the wakaf endowment is still less than satisfactory almost every year compared to the estimated wakaf rental endowment that should have been collected by MAINPP. Thus, this paper work will use the financial factor as the mediator to measure the relationship on the rental payment factor. The question is, how does the role of the mediator which is financial factor, influence the rental payment of wakaf commercial premises? Due to this mediator, it will serve as a tool to measure the rental payment factor among the wakaf commercial premise tenants in MAINPP. The financial factor will test seven factors of payment namely awareness, religious compliance, priority, consumerism, dependency, debt and management. Thus, the design of this work is in the form of inferential statistics using the questionnaire form as the data collection method. 40 questionnaire forms are analysed involving the tenants of the wakaf commercial premises. Data analysis uses the SPSS software version 22 and Smart-PLS version 3.2.7. The finding shows that the role of the mediator, financial factor gives a moderate effect to the determinant of rental payment based on the q² test. The effect of the mediator of the financial factor also shows a significant relationship to the factors of awareness and consumerism in an indirect relationship when the estimated coefficient value on the awareness and consumerism shows a positive effect.
