Membership

Full membership of the ALUMNI of Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment is open to:

• Graduates of an Undergraduate Programme of the Faculty,
• Graduates of an Postgraduate Programme of the Faculty,
• Academic Staff of the Faculty,
• Former Academic Staff of the Faculty.

Registration

To register as member, kindly perfome the following tasks:

• Obtain a Login Name which is unique for every member.
• Log-in to the system using the Login Name, fill and submit the registration form.
• From time to time, log-in and update the membership information, if necessary.
• Upon approval, the member's information page will be activated and members can customise items to be displayed in the page.

The membership registration is free and will be approved on-line. Upon approval, a Membership Number will be assigned using the following format:

• The first letter represents type of membership:
  • A - undergraduate graduates,
  • P - undergraduate graduates,
  • S - academic staff/former academic staff, and
  • W - associate members;
• The next four digits represents year of convocation for graduates or year of registration for other types of membership,
• The next three digits represents state code (according to the two middle digits of the NRIC) or a country code for non-Malaysian member.
• The last three code represents serial number of registration for each categories.
