Official channel for the submission of complaints and feedback such as suggestions, inquiries, and appreciation of services (physical facilities, ICT) and staff members.

Online application system for registration of UKM student email. It’s for all UKM students.

Administrative forms & check lists

Most forms and check lists applicable to the dealings of postgraduate studies at KITA are prepared a by Centre for Academic Management (AKADEMIK UKM). It should be noted that only the most current and updated forms, filled and attached with proof (if applicable), are accepted in for any postgraduate study matters.

Latest version of the forms can be obtained at the KITA Office or downloadable from UKM online designated systems, i.e., SMPWeb (for students) and SPDUKM (for staff).

Disclaimer: In case of doubt or discrepancy between the forms obtained from this website with the forms obtained from SMPWeb/SPDUKM, the latter version shall prevail.
