Secretariat of the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on SDGs, 1 July 2019

KITA-UKM will play a supportive role in the secretariat of the All Party Parliamentary group (APPG) on SDGs as announced at a dinner hosted by Speaker of Dewan Rakyat at Parliament House on Monday July 1, 2019. KITA Principal Fellow Prof. Datuk Dr. Denison Jayasooria was one of the speakers on behalf of the CSOs and think-tank groups. APPG is a special SDG group comprising of members of parliament which provide monitoring and oversights to the localising of SDGs. Institutions like KITA-UKM will provide research and consultancy support.
