Convocation Gown Collection

CONVOCATION GOWN COLLECTION 

1. Please bring along:

  • Confirmation of attendance and gown collection slip
  • Graduates Tracer Study confirmation Slip
  • Students’ card
2. Graduands’ representatives are allowed to collect the gown on their behalf and they are required to bring the documents as stated above (limit to 2 students per representative).
3. Please ensure that you receive the correct gown. You are not allowed to make any alteration to the gown. Any damage to gown will be charged full amount
 4. Date and location of gown collection are as follows:
