1. To enhance existing academic and social relationships between the law faculties of public universities in Malaysia.
2. To provide a forum for doctoral and master by research students to discuss their research findings or work in progress with peers, colleagues and with academics from different universities.
3. To provide a forum for postgraduate students to share their work, in research activities.
