High quality papers are eligible to receive best paper awards. A total of nine awards will be conferred; i.e. three for each of the three main areas (economics, management and accounting). These awards will be announced during the last day of the conference. Criteria for the awards are:
- the paper must be presented at the conference
- the paper is very relevant to the conference theme
- papers will be selected based on marks given by reviewers.
Selected presented papers in the conference will be considered for fast-track publication in one of the following indexed journals:
- Jurnal Pengurusan (SCOPUS- indexed)
- Jurnal Ekonomi Malaysia (SCOPUS- indexed)
- Asian Journal of Accounting and Governance
- ASEAN Journal of Economics, Management and Accounting
