2014/08/05 – Our Next Location: Chemor & JKKR Ipoh, Perak

For information to Malaysian Cohort Project participants, our next location for the follow-up phase is in Perak as the following details:

i) Location 1: DEWAN RUMAH KELAB KLEBANG PUTRA (MK LAND) -Nearby McDonald. AUGUST 27 – SEPTEMBER 8

ii) Location 2: DEWAN KAFETARIA, JKKR IPOH. AUGUST 18 – SEPTEMBER 3.

We will contact all the participants from these two locations to set an appointment date. Operating day for this project is from Monday to Friday and will take about 3 hours for a participant. Contact us at 1800 88 2007 for inquiries.

Untuk makluman peserta projek Malaysian Cohort, lokasi seterusnya untuk perlaksanaan fasa susulan adalah di Perak seperti perincian berikut:

i) Lokasi 1: DEWAN RUMAH KELAB KLEBANG PUTRA (MK LAND) – Berdekatan McDonald. 27 OGOS – 8 SEPTEMBER

ii) Lokasi 2: DEWAN KAFETARIA, JKKR IPOH. 18 OGOS – 3 SEPTEMBER.

Kami akan menghubungi semua peserta dari 2 lokasi tersebut untuk menetapkan tarikh temujanji. Projek ini akan berlangsung sepanjang hari Isnin-Jumaat dan akan mengambil masa lebih kurang 3 jam untuk seorang peserta. Hubungi kami di talian 1800 88 2007 untuk sebarang pertanyaan.
