13 UKM Students Completed Entrepreneurship Program

BANGI, 28 February 2017 – A total of 13 students from various faculties in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) have successfully completed the Masterclass Entrepreneurship Programmr conducted by the Faculty of Economics Management (FEP) in collaboration with the Treasury, Ministry of Finance. Each of them produced their own products and successfully showcased their products in an exhibition at the end of the programme. Five specially selected student were given the opportunity to give a presentation on their products to the audience that includes businessmen, government officials and private agencies.

Meanwhile, Treasury Secretary-General, Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Siregar Abdullah said that the entrepreneurship masterclass will be opened to other public universities, in the future.

He was speaking at the presentation of certificates to the participants at Nu Central, Central KL, Kuala Lumpur, recently.

Also present were UKM vice-chancellor Prof Dato’ Seri Dr Noor Azlan Ghazali, MAGIC Chief Executive Officer, Ashran Datuk Ghazi and President of GEM, Dash Dhakshinamoorthy.
