All applications for insertions need to be submitted via an online form available at Sistem e-Hebahan at www.ukm.my/ehebahan. Approved applications are displayed at http://ehebahan.ukm.my/kalender/kalendarAcara.aspx.
Only official University events that have been approved by the responsibility centre (PTJ) level the faculties, institutes and administrative centres are accepted.
