3. The result of your application will be available on eSPEED between four (4) to eight (8) weeks after the closing date of application.
4.  Processing fee is non-refundable.

Details Checklist

Kindly upload the following documents:

  1. Photo attached must be in jpeg format not exceeding 100KB.[Guidelines on photo upload]
  2. Proof of payment processing fee of RM50 (Local) : RM100 (International) [non-refundable] deposited to Pusat Kembangan Pendidikan, CIMB Account number : 8002233829. Please state your full name and I/C Passport No. behind the bank slip. If you are making payment from outside Malaysia, you may refer to this [Information for telegrafic transfer]
  3. A copy of all certified true copies of Degree/Diploma/Certificate in the Academic Information menu.
  4. Academic Support form is only required for research-based programmes. You may download the form here [Referee Form (Thesis)] and upload it to the supporting documents menu in the application form. You may refer to this link [Research Proposal] for guidance.
  5. Employment confirmation letter issued by the employer / head of department.



  • All copies of documents must be certified true and uploaded in PDF form not
    exceeding 2MB.
  • Non-academic certificates are not required to be uploaded unless stated in the
    application form.
