What is psychology?

Psychology is a study of human behaviour and mind. Students studying psychology are curious to understand themselves andn others. They also are concern with a wide range of phenomena, including remembering and forgetting, thinking, learning, problem solving, emotions and social interactions.

Psychology Program

The psychology program is developed to fulfill current needs and demands. At this level, students will be exposing on basic knowledge of psychology. This undergraduate program provides training in the broad area of basic psychology. Students will learn on human’s behaviour, thought, feeling, perception, cognitive-reasoning as well as physiological aspects of human being.  It is also concerned with the practical and ethical applications of psychology research to the profession. It is a hope that graduated students from this program will be able to provide expertise and skills in serving the country. It is also an aim to prepare students to pursuit their postgraduate studies in a specialized area.
