Special Announcement


Dear Colleagues,

The role of mathematical sciences in various fields of study cannot be denied. Achievements in this discipline have brought significant innovation and creativity in science and technology, an indicator for the level of progress of a country. In line with the desire to strengthen the field of mathematical sciences, the School of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Science and Technology, UKM is pleased to continue the tradition of excellence by organising the "20th National Symposium on Mathematical Sciences (SKSM20)" in collaboration with PERSAMA, DELTA and several research groups at the School, in order to bring together mathematicians and mathematical sciences practitioners.

Special Notes (28/06)
* The SKSM20 proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP) in AIP Conference Proceedings series which is indexed by ISI, SCOPUS and several other databases. Full paper need to be prepared according to the provided AIP template.

* Abstract submission needs to be prepared in Malay and English according to the SKSM20 Template for Abstract.

* Selected papers will be invited to be published in Sains Malaysiana (indexed in ISI, Scopus) and Journal of Quality Measurement and Analysis (JQMA) (refereed journal).    
      

Objectives

  1. To bring together the professionals from the public and private sectors to promote collaboration and sharing of knowledge on mathematical sciences.
  2. To provide a venue for participants to exchange ideas and opinions to spark creativity and innovation in scientific research in mathematical sciences.
  3. To create opportunities to highlight new discoveries and innovations of concept that can be further developed in line with the theme of the symposium.
