SYNOPSIS
Have you ever considered that people may benefit from your research? Have you ever thought that your research can contribute a lot to the community? When you start your research do you think it has commercial value? If it has commercial value and can solve the customer’s pain points, how do you turn them into a business? Do you understand the value proposition of your research and outcome? This talk aims to provide a platform for researchers to understand customer needs and the potential of the research output to be commercialised by using Value Proposition Canvas, VPC. VPC will connect the customer needs and the research ideas to yield commercial value for the benefit of the community.
