Sub-projek ini diketuai oleh Dr. Muhammad Reevany Bustami dari Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) bagi menilai kuasa korporat dan CSR (tanggungjawab sosial korporat) dalam membentuk kesepaduan sosial.  Output yang dijangkakan akan dicapai ialah tahap sumbangan sektor swasta dalam membantu pengukuhan kesepaduan sosial bertunjangkan governans dan perundangan sedia ada dikenalpasti.

Sehingga bulan Oktober 2012, sub-projek ini kini berada pada peringkat kajian rintis dengan menjalankan temubual ke atas beberapa responden yang terlibat. Terdapat 2 hasil penyelidikan berbentuk abstrak setakat ini. Kini, penyelidik di bawah sub-projek ini telah beberapa kali mengadakan perbincangan mengenai kajian bagi mendapatkan maklumat lanjut yang berkaitan. Selain itu, penyelidik juga sedang menjalankan kerja lapangan bagi mendapatkan data dan mengenalpasti tahap sumbangan sektor swasta dalam membantu pengukuhan kesepaduan sosial.

  • issues / problem of social cohesion research in Kuala Lumpur,
  • stakeholders mapping,
  • types of CSR programs,
  • sampling issues,
  • what are the CSR programs in the hospital
  • CSR in private hospitals, and
  • child care in crisis in Malaysia

Corporate child care

  • Corporate childcare is a specific form of child care sponsored or managed by an employer
  • It may be a perk or a part of the CSR policy of the company
  • It can provide the working parents with an opportunity to find work-life balance
  • It may increase employee loyalty, decrease maternity leaves and improve on-job concentration.

 

CSR

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has always been an integral part of how Pantai serves and care for the community and its people, within Malaysia and the region.
  • CSR also plays a critical role in Pantai’s success in the past and Pantai will continue to do its part to reach out and care for the communities it serves.
  • Pantai’s contributions and CSR initiatives is also our way of giving back to the nation.
