Presentation Format

Oral presentation:

1. Language of presentations shall be in English.
2. Oral presentations shall not exceed 20 minutes (15 minutes to present and 5 minutes for Q & A).
3. Presentations will be assigned to pre-determined breakout rooms. Each breakout room will come equipped with Windows 10 based laptop with Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 installed.

Poster presentations:

1. Each poster shall be formatted to fit a maximum size of standard A1 (594 x 841 mm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches) in portrait orientation.
2. Posters will be displayed in designated areas at the Conference venue.
3. Posters will be made available for viewing for a full day designated in the Conference program.
4. Materials to secure posters to the board will be provided.
5. Posters should be handed in to the Conference secretariat during registration.
