– RNA Laboratory

The RNA Laboratory functions mainly as a sample preparation area before downstream analysis (such as gene expression, post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression, non-coding RNAs and RNA interference), are performed. Located at the 3rd floor, the laboratory is equipped with the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer, a Biosafety Cabinet Class II solely for RNA handling, the Eppendorf Thermixer Comfort and a refrigerated centrifuge.
