UMBI is looking for full-time candidates for 1x MSc and 1x PhD.
MSc Project: Elucidating the microproteome uniqely expressed in cell lines derived from multiple stages of colorectal cancer (Associate Professor Dr Low Teck Yew)
PhD Project: Elucidating the secretome of CRISPR-Cas9 gene-edited breast cancer cells (Dr M Aiman Mohtar)
Requirements:
a) Malaysian
b) cGPA >3.0
c) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
b) Degree/Masters in Molecular Medicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields.
c) Candidates who have experienced in basic cell culture or basic molecular techniques or genomics/proteomics and proactive in research are preferred, but not required.
