the Pyramid Jumal Method in helping Form One students improve their Arabic sentence construction skills. The ability to construct grammatically correct sentences reflects students\u2019 understanding of grammatical systems and their capacity to convey meaning accurately. Classroom observations and document analyses revealed that students faced difficulties in understanding the concept of qawalib (sentence patterns), recalling their sequences, and diversifying sentence forms. This study employed an explanatory mixed-method design combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. A total of 25 Form One students from a religious secondary school in Perak were selected as participants. Research instruments included pre- and post-tests, observations, document analyses, and semi-structured interviews. The intervention was conducted through teaching sessions using the Pyramid Jumal Method, grounded in visual and structured learning principles. Quantitative data were analysed descriptively and inferentially using a paired-sample t-test with SPSS version 27, while qualitative data were analysed thematically using ATLAS.ti version 24. The findings revealed a significant increase in post-test scores (p &lt; 0.001) and positive feedback from students regarding the method\u2019s effectiveness in helping them construct sentences more easily and confidently. The study concludes that the Pyramid Jumal Method is an innovative and practical approach for teaching Arabic, particularly in sentence construction. Muhammad Zaimuddin Mohd Zakarim<\/p><p class=\"EN-ABSTRAK\">This study aims to examine the level of Arabic language proficiency among students enrolled in the Basic Academic Arabic course PPPY 1022 at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, with particular focus on writing skills. As a second foreign language for most Malay students, Arabic often presents significant challenges due to differences in linguistic structure, grammatical systems, and vocabulary usage. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes students\u2019 final examination papers, specifically sections requiring them to construct sentences using given vocabulary. Ten samples were randomly selected from fifty answer scripts for in-depth analysis. The findings reveal that the main weaknesses lie in vocabulary mastery, sentence structure, grammar, and semantics. Students frequently make errors in word selection, verb\u2013object usage, and grammatical sentence construction. Additionally, some students struggle to differentiate between noun and verb forms, fail to grasp the concept of mud\u0101f and mud\u0101f ilayh, and show inconsistency in gender agreement. Many are also unable to align vocabulary with sentence context, resulting in unclear meanings. The study concludes that students\u2019 proficiency is at a moderate level and still requires systematic improvement. Therefore, Arabic language instruction should be strengthened through an integrated approach that combines vocabulary mastery with writing practice, technological application, and continuous assessment. Hakim Zainal<\/p><p>This study is a study on insects according to the views of Ibn Jarir al-\u1e6cabari a, Ibn Umar al-Zamakhshari and modern research . This study objectives are also to see through the different opinion between these two scholars. The study of insects has become a study that is often done by researchers because of the uniqueness found in these insects. The insects found in this study were analyzed based on the study of language and a little study of the literature related to the modern study of insects. The results of the study found that the interpretation of insects, according to the views of these two scholars has the differences, such as in historical linguistics, pragmatics, and semantics. As a result of this discovery, it is known that differences in background will affect the way a person interprets something, even in the same field. In addition, the discovery of insects from the point of view of modern science is more focused on certain aspects, such as ticks, bees, flies, and termites, focusing more on the study of behavior and its pros and cons. Wan Nasyrudin Wan Abdullah<\/p><p class=\"EN-ABSTRAK\">Tadabbur of the Qur\u2019an is an essential requirement in the effort to internalize its contents and actualize their application in daily life. This process involves various methods and approaches to reflect upon the Qur\u2019an more deeply and effectively. One of the approaches to tadabbur of the Qur\u2019an is through the Arabic language. However, Malaysian society faces challenges in mastering Arabic due to environmental factors and the perception of it as a foreign language. Therefore, tadabbur of the Qur\u2019an becomes a medium for applying the Arabic language, which enhances the understanding of the Qur\u2019an\u2019s meanings. In line with this, the present study aims to analyze tadabbur methods based on the Arabic language approach. This study adopts a qualitative design using content analysis on two main works of Dr. Aqil Salim al-Syamriy, namely Qaw\u0101\u02bfid al-Tadabbur \u02bfal\u0101 Qi\u1e63\u0101r al-Mufa\u1e63\u1e63al and Tadabbur Surah Maryam. The findings reveal that the tadabbur methods outlined and applied by al-Syamriy in Tadabbur Surah Maryam are practical, comprehensive, and flexible depending on the suitability of the verse. Muhammad Zaimuddin Mohd Zakarim<\/p><p class=\"EN-ABSTRAK\">This study proposes a structured reading text analysis strategy for application in the teaching and learning of the Advanced Academic Arabic course at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, UKM. In the context of advanced language learning, the main problem identified is that students find it difficult to connect micro-text information (sentences) with macro-text meaning (overall text) due to a lack of mastery of analytical reading strategies. Analytical reading skills are a crucial foundation for students to understand discourse structure, meaning relationships, and rhetorical strategies in Arabic academic texts. This study employs a literature review and document analysis approach to examine relevant theories and models of text analysis, including Van Dijk\u2019s model (Cognitive and Critical Theory), Halliday\u2019s model (Systemic-Functional Linguistics), and principles of traditional Arabic discourse analysis (Balaghah and Nahu). The findings indicate that a structured reading strategy comprising pre-analytical reading, micro-text reading, macro-text reading, and reflective reading can enhance students\u2019 understanding of cohesion, coherence, idea organization, and argumentative relationships in Arabic texts. Based on these findings, the study proposes a systematic text analysis strategy for use in the teaching and learning of Advanced Academic Arabic. Using a qualitative approach and exploratory research design, five experienced secondary school Arabic teachers were interviewed through semi-structured sessions. Thematic analysis of the interview data identified four key themes: facilitation in explaining content, enhanced two-way interaction, time efficiency in lesson delivery, and increased student engagement. The study addresses a research gap by exploring how AI is perceived and utilised in pedagogical communication, particularly at the secondary school level an area that remains under-researched. The findings were interpreted through the framework of the Communication Competence Theory (Spitzberg &amp; Cupach), which includes knowledge, skills, and motivation as core components of effective communication. Overall, the study presents preliminary empirical insights into the potential and limitations of AI as a support tool in certain aspects of teacher-student communication. While some teachers viewed AI as helpful for simplifying content and promoting classroom interaction, concerns were also raised regarding students\u2019 overreliance on technology, infrastructure limitations, and gaps in digital literacy among educators. The study recommends that AI integration be approached with caution and supported by education policies that are attentive to the actual needs of both teachers and (shar\u012b\u02bfah), and ethics (akhl\u0101q) in the field of creative production is often neglected by a segment of writers and artists within their respective disciplines. This phenomenon is evident in the publication of several controversial literary works, such as Awlad \u1e24\u0101ratin\u0101 and The Satanic Verses, authored by Muslim writers themselves. From one perspective, such neglect stems from a lack of awareness regarding the ethics of creative production, the failure to uphold intellectual integrity, and an inclination toward pursuing temporary worldly gains. In this regard, the present paper aims to examine the role of the taklif approach within the process of utilization grounded in the Islamic fundamentals of creed (\u02bfaq\u012bdah), law (shar\u012b\u02bfah), and ethics (akhl\u0101q). In addition, the study explores the complementary relationship between the taklif approach and the process of utilization as a manifestation of compliance in creative production. The findings reveal that various forms of utilization can be realized through these three Islamic fundamentals, provided that they are anchored in a firm commitment to the concept of taklif and a profound understanding of humankind\u2019s role as khalifah (vicegerent) on earth. The study further explores the scope and structure of his literary thought and how his writings integrate Islamic values into artistic expression. In addition, this study addresses the relevance and vitality of his ideas within the broader context of modern literary discourse, particularly since his novels consistently adopt global Muslim issues and moral concerns based on themes derived from his Islamic literary theory and worldview. His vast intellectual and creative contributions are also crucial in understanding contemporary literary challenges facing Muslim writers who seek an authentic and comprehensive Islamic theoretical framework. To this end, the study draws upon arguments from the principal Islamic sources and the inclusive worldview of authoritative Muslim scholars such as Abdul al-Raziq (2002) to highlight the significance, continuity, and contemporary relevance of al-Kilani\u2019s Islamic literary theory and practice. In the Qur\u2019an, the term \u201cMakkah\u201d is referred to by different names such as al-Balad al-Am\u012bn, Umm al-Qur\u0101, al-Masjid al-\u1e24ar\u0101m, and others, each rich in rhetorical and theological significance. However, explanations of the differences in the use of these terms from a linguistic and rhetorical (bal\u0101ghah) perspective remain limited and require further development. This study aims to analyze the various terms referring to \u201cMakkah\u201d through a bal\u0101ghah framework in order to understand how the Qur\u2019an constructs the linguistic representation of this sacred city. Employing a qualitative textual analysis approach, the study examines rhetorical elements such as isti\u2018\u0101rah (metaphor), kin\u0101yah (metonymy), iltif\u0101t (shifts in discourse), usl\u016bb al-qa\u1e63r (restrictive style), and patterns of taqd\u012bm wa ta\u2019kh\u012br (foregrounding and postponement) in relevant verses. The findings from the analysis of five types of terms referring to Makkah indicate that the use of each term is precisely aligned with its context, meaning, temporal setting, and the narrative purpose intended. These terms function not only as markers of sacred space but also as symbols of the unity of the Muslim community, the system of worship, and Islamic cosmology. Al-Wadih fi Qawaid Al-Lugha Al-Arabiyyah&#8221; (Wise Grammar in Arabic Grammar Rules), written by Ali Al-Jarim and Mustafa Amin, on facilitating the teaching of grammar and improving comprehension among Arabic language learners in Kerala, India. &#8220;Al-Nahw Al-Wadih&#8221; is one of the most prominent contemporary books that adopts a simplified approach and practical evidence. It presents grammar in simple language, avoiding complex methods and difficult branches, making it a primary reference in Arabic language teaching institutions for non-native speakers. The research examines the book&#8217;s methodology for presenting and simplifying grammar, the factors that contributed to its spread in schools and universities in Kerala, and its role in promoting interest in the study of grammar and reducing learners&#8217; fear of its difficulty. The research also examines the implications of using this book in the curricula of Islamic colleges and schools, and the perspectives of teachers and students on the book&#8217;s effectiveness in improving the outcomes of learning Arabic language and grammar. The research relies on a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing field interviews and questionnaires directed at Arabic language teachers and students in Kerala, along with a textual analysis of the book&#8217;s style and presentation of the grammatical material. The study concludes with a set of recommendations for employing simplification models, highlighting the limitations of the experiment and ways to develop grammar teaching to suit the reality of local
