3 November 2025 | <\/strong>The Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) organised a Community Service Programme themed \u201cExploration of Prehistoric Skeletons and Human Bones\u201d<\/em><\/strong> on 3 November 2025 as an initiative to provide early exposure to the study of anatomy and biomedical sciences.<\/p>

The programme involved 92 students and 10 accompanying lecturers from Kolej PERMATA @ PINTAR Negara. Throughout the programme, participants attended briefings on the structure of the human skeleton and its importance in medical education and research.<\/p>

Participants also had the opportunity to join a learning visit to the Anatomy & Pathology Museum and the Dissection Hall of the Department of Anatomy, where they were briefed on anatomical specimen collections, teaching processes, and the application of anatomical knowledge in medical training.<\/p>

This programme is expected to broaden the participants\u2019 understanding of anatomy while strengthening collaborative ties between UKM and external educational institutions in advancing STEM and biomedical science education.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
