Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. ARCSB2025 welcomes the submission of abstracts for original contribution for oral and poster presentations.
2. For detailed descriptions of each scientific track, please visit the SCOPE AND TOPICS page.
3. Each participant is limited to ONE paper only but may co-author other papers.
4. Abstracts can only be submitted online via the REGISTRATION page on our website; submissions by fax, post or email will not be considered.
5. Word template for abstract submission can be downloaded from this LINK .
6. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
7. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author.
8. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
9. You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the abstract title that you have submitted. Notifications regarding status will be sent once the review process is complete.
Note :
The abstract should consist of the background of the study, objectives, methodology, results and discussion, and conclusion. It should be written as a single paragraph and not exceed 300 words. Please use the abstract template provided. Do not change the font type and size while preparing the abstract. Save this file as a MS Word document.
Title: Times New Roman 14 point, bold, each initial letter should be capitalized for the title, except for the botanical names of plants.
Author name: Times New Roman 12 point, highlight the presenting author in bold
Author affiliation, abstract and keywords: Times New Roman 11 point
Poster Guidelines

- Posters (sized ISO A1) will be exhibited throughout the conference. The author must be present at specified times during the designated poster viewing sessions.
- The venue of poster presentation will be announced later.
- The poster size is ISO A1 with portrait orientation (W 594 mm x H 841 mm).
- The title should be composed of CAPITAL letters.
- Presenters should use mounting tape to put up their posters.
- Mounting tape will be prepared by the Secretariat.
- Use the minimum amount of text possible.
- Introduction: background, statement of problem, purpose/objectives.
- Methods: experimental design, techniques.
- Results: data summary, findings.
- Conclusions: interpretations, implications; organize the material to tell a logical, coherent story.
Presentation Guidelines

- All presentations have to be in English.
PowerPoint Presentation .ppt(x) facilities will be provided. - All speakers have to fill in Google Form for Presentation Slide Submission
- Organizer laptop will only allow electronic slide presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint .ppt/,pptx or Portable Document File (PDF) formats.
- Please ensure that all graphics are embedded in the Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations file .ppt/.pptx.
- When creating your slides, check your settings to ensure that page is setup for On-Screen Show (4:3).
7. The time allocated for each presentation:
