{"id":2452,"date":"2024-07-16T14:48:15","date_gmt":"2024-07-16T06:48:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ukm.my\/beritaukm\/?p=2452"},"modified":"2024-07-31T15:18:48","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T07:18:48","slug":"bengkel-analisis-makanan-kumpul-pakar-pemakanan-seluruh-dunia-bincang-isu-kualiti-dan-keselamatan-makanan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ukm.my\/beritaukm\/bengkel-analisis-makanan-kumpul-pakar-pemakanan-seluruh-dunia-bincang-isu-kualiti-dan-keselamatan-makanan\/","title":{"rendered":"Bengkel Analisis Makanan Kumpul Pakar Penganalisis Makanan Rantau Asia Pasifik, Bincang Isu Kualiti dan Keselamatan Makanan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Oleh Asmahanim Amir<br>Foto Izwan Azman<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PUTRAJAYA, 15 Julai 2024 &#8211; <em>International Workshop on Advancing Food Analysis, Safety and Testing Standards for Global Comparability <\/em>yang diadakan di Putrajaya hari ini telah menghimpunkan pakar-pakar penganalisis pemakanan dari 12 negara bagi membincangkan analisis makanan, kualiti makanan dan keselamatan makan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Kimia Malaysia, Puan Marhayani Md Saad berkata bengkel itu memberi peluang kepada pakar-pakar untuk berkumpul dan bertukar-tukar maklumat serta melibatkan kemajuan dalam analisis makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBengkel ini berfungsi sebagai platform kepada pakar-pakar penganalisis pemakanan untuk berinteraksi dan membuat pembentangan yang bermanfaat mengenai pelbagai aspek analisis makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOleh itu perbincangan dan perundingan semasa dalam bengkel ini akan menambah pengetahuan yang sangat diperlukan dan menyumbang kepada peningkatan kemahiran dalam pengesahan kaedah dan ketidakpastian pengukuran, analisis makanan, mikrobiologi makanan, ujian kecekapan dan bahan rujukan, keselamatan makanan dan keselamatan makanan dan juga makmal keperluan akreditasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaya berharap inisiatif ini akan terus menggalakkan kemajuan dalam bidang analisis makanan,\u201d katanya semasa menyampaikan ucapan perasmian pada Majlis Perasmian <em>International Workshop on Advancing Food Analysis, Safety and Testing Standards for Global Comparability<\/em> di sini, hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengkel ini adalah anjuran bersama antara <em>Asia Pacific Food Analysis Network <\/em>(APFAN), Fakulti Sains Kesihatan UKM dan Jabatan Kimia Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Dekan Fakulti Sains Kesihatan, prof Dr Suzana Shahar berkata beliau percaya bahawa bengkel itu akan menjadi peluang yang baik untuk saintis, penyelidik dan ahli akademik yang mempunyai minat dan minat dalam analisis makanan untuk membentangkan dan membincangkan penemuan penyelidikan mereka mengenai pelbagai topik dan belajar daripada amalan terbaik daripada rakan sekerja lain di seluruh dunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAPFAN 2024 menyediakan jalan terbaik untuk penyebaran penemuan penyelidikan terkini dan paling boleh dipercayai dalam kemajuan makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaya berharap bengkel ini akan diteruskan sebagai program tahunan anjuran APFAN dan akan membuka lagi ruang kerjasama dengan institusi akademik dan penyelidikan Malaysia dalam bidang analisis makanan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut pengarah bengkel APFAN 2024, Prof Madya Dr. Ts. Hasnah Haron, untuk mengiktiraf keperluan bagi meningkatkan kecekapan dan keupayaan makmal analisis makanan serantau, APFAN sedang menjalankan projek berbilang fasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIni melibatkan penghasilan dan pengedaran bahan <em>proficiency test<\/em> (PT) secara percuma kepada makmal analisis makanan di rantau Asia Pasifik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBahan PT1 telah diedarkan di Indonesia pada 2018, bahan PT2 diedarkan di Thailand pada 2019 dan bahan PT3 telah diedarkan di Filipina pada 2023. Bengkel yang dijalankan di Malaysia pada tahun 2024 akan mengedarkan PT5 sekali lagi secara percuma kepada semua peserta,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambah beliau, bengkel yng diadakan itu membincangkan keputusan PT secara terperinci, untuk membolehkan makmal peserta menambah baik kaedah analisis yang mereka gunakan dan menggunakan pendekatan yang piawai untuk analisis makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengkel yang diadakan selama tiga hari mengumpulkan kira-kira 150 peserta dari 12 negara termasuk negara Amerika Syarikat, Australia, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Filipina dan
