data-end=\"538\">Jabatan Biokimia, Fakulti Perubatan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia kini menawarkan kemudahan analisis metabolisme sel menggunakan peralatan terkini, <strong data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"394\">Agilent Seahorse XF HS Mini<\/strong>. Peralatan ini direka khas untuk mengkaji fungsi mitokondria dan aktiviti metabolik sel secara masa nyata dengan tahap sensitiviti yang tinggi.<\/p><p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"973\">Instrumen ini membolehkan penyelidik menjalankan analisis bioenergetik sel dengan lebih tepat melalui pengukuran <strong data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"686\">oxygen consumption rate (OCR)<\/strong> dan <strong data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"734\">extracellular acidification rate (ECAR)<\/strong> secara serentak dalam sel hidup. Keupayaan ini membolehkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai metabolisme selular dalam pelbagai bidang penyelidikan seperti metabolisme kanser, metabolisme sel imun serta kajian fungsi sel secara umum.<\/p><p data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1255\">Antara kelebihan utama sistem ini termasuk keupayaan untuk menganalisis sampel dalam kuantiti kecil dengan sensitiviti tinggi, pengesanan masa nyata tanpa penggunaan label, serta integrasi perisian analisis data yang memudahkan pemprosesan dan interpretasi keputusan penyelidikan.<\/p><p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1655\">Peralatan ini turut menyokong pelbagai jenis ujian metabolik penting seperti <strong data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1362\">Real-Time ATP Rate Assay<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1389\">Cell Mito Stress Test<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1409\">Mito Tox Assay<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1441\">T Cell Metabolic Profiling<\/strong>, serta <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1474\">Glycolytic Rate Assay<\/strong>. Ujian-ujian ini membolehkan penyelidik menilai penghasilan tenaga sel, respirasi mitokondria, kesan toksik terhadap mitokondria, serta aktiviti glikolisis sel secara komprehensif.<\/p><p data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"2016\">Kemudahan ini dijangka dapat memperkukuh kapasiti penyelidikan Jabatan Biokimia serta menyokong pelbagai projek penyelidikan dalam bidang bioperubatan. Para penyelidik, pelajar pascasiswazah dan rakan kolaborator yang berminat untuk menggunakan kemudahan ini boleh menghubungi Jabatan Biokimia untuk maklumat lanjut mengenai akses dan kolaborasi
