engineering.<\/p><p>Tissue Engineering is a rapidly expanding field for application in regenerative medicine, which seek to improve, replace or regenerate the repaired or damaged tissues and organs in humans. It is a multidisciplinary field that require the assimilation of knowledge from biology, chemistry and engineering. Recent development in the area of regenerative medicine, specifically in tissue engineering has brought much anticipation of its application in medical and healthcare arena in very near future.\u00a0<\/p><p>This course will train the student to identify the needs in clinical setting and to invent a solution for the problem using tissue engineering applications. The program is designed to train the student to scientifically plan, execute, collect data, analyse, evaluate and report the findings in a pre-determined research topic in the field of tissue engineering. Candidates will be guided and supervised by the faculties at DTERM.
