    • DTERM has not been and is currently not producing any cells\/stem cells\/exosomes for clinical use except for those produced under the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in DTERM. GMP grade cells are distributed to sponsors under the provision of a registered clinical trial with NMMR or ethics approval from Institutional Review Board \/ National Review Board or Contract Manufacturing Service Agreement.       As of 2021, approval from the National Pharmaceutical Control Agency (NPRA) will be mandatory for clinical use of Cell & Gene Therapy Products (CGTP).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      • DTERM will only consider providing Contract Manufacturing Services for sponsors with Clinical Trial Exemption \/ Clinical Trial Import License issued by NPRA and for commercial products approved\/ licensed by NPRA.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • \u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • You are advised to verify with the National Pharmaceutical Control Agency (NPRA) directly on the approval for clinical use of any cells and gene therapy products (CGTP).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>

      • Consultation with qualified healthcare professionals is recommended before clinical use of such products.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
