Registration Fees

  1. Each paper must be registered by at least one of its authors at the applicable rate (Regular or Student) as stated on the conference website. Papers without a corresponding paid registration will not be accepted for presentation or publication.
  2. All conference participants are required to register at the appropriate rate listed on the website. Failure to do so will result in denial of access to the conference.
  3. Student registration must be supported by:
    (i) valid proof of full-time student status, and;
    (ii) a letter from the student’s supervisor or advisor confirming and endorsing the student’s participation in the conference.
  4. This is an on-site event only. Online participation is not available.

Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to easec19@ukm.edu.my with the subject line “Conference Refund Request.”

  2. Refund Schedule: Refund request must be submitted by 6th July 2026. Any request submitted beyond this deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The requestor may be asked to provide supporting evidence as required by the conference secretariat. The supporting evidence may include legal documents to prevent fraudulent or money laundering activity (if suspected).

  3. Substitution Policy: Registrations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute to take your place by notifying us in writing at least one day before the conference start date.

  4. Force Majeure: In the event the conference is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide options for registration deferment or partial refunds as deemed feasible.

  5. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the request. The actual refund of the requested amount may take up to 2 months depending on the financial approval procedures by the conference organiser and the bank.
