The objective of the Conference was to provide forum for professional structural and construction engineers and researchers working in Asia and the Pacific region to present recent progress in research and development, and to discuss the implementation of new tools and technology in professional applications. In particular, the conference intends to promote mutual understanding and share common ideas.
