Inter-Faculty Sports Carnival (IFaSC), on 9th<\/sup> December 2017 was an event involving various sport events such as netball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, futsal, squash and table tennis. This annual event was held by the Faculty of Pharmacy with the aim of bringing students together to represent their respective faculties in the spirit of sportsmanship.<\/p>\n

Kick-starting the event was a short briefing about the carnival. It wasn\u2019t too long before the main highlight of the carnival, the sport activities finally commenced with great enthusiasm. All competitions took place at Kolej Tun Syed Nasir<\/em> (KTSN), except the basketball competition which was held at the BHP Basketball Court. \u00a0It was a fun-filled day, with students bursting with energy to compete with their opponents along with all the support from their friends. The competitions were intense, it was nip and tuck all the way!<\/p>\n

\u201cThe more difficult the victory, the greater the satisfaction in winning!\u201d All students were excited to compete with their friends, which enhanced the spirit of teamwork among them. Also, it was an opportunity to increase the bonding of students among the university.<\/p>\n

The event was then continued with the opening ceremony, with speeches delivered by Nur Afiqah Binti Mohd Nasir Tan, the director of IFaSC and Associate Professor Dr Mohd bin Makmor Bakry, the Deputy Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy.<\/p>\n

The day was wrapped up with the prize-giving session as recognition for the winners. Congratulations to the Faculty of Dentistry for emerging as the overall winner of the tournament! Finally, the event had successfully promoted integration, interaction and brought students together through sports.<\/p>\n
