Pharmily Day is an annual event organised by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). The event was held on Saturday, 8 January 2022 via the application \u2018Cisco Webex Meeting\u2019. The aim of Pharmily Day is to strengthen the relationships among students and faculty\u2019s staff through e-sports and interactive activities. Besides, this event also gave a chance to Year 1 pharmacy students to show their talents through video performances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event started with an aerobics dance video exercise which was pre-recorded aerobics by the committee. Next, the event was followed by the introduction of Instagram Story competition to participants. The event continued with participants joining into breakout rooms according to the rooms that they had been assigned to. There were a lot of games carried out during the event such as escape room, pictionary, ready to guess, charade, trivia questions and zoomed in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from that, the event proceeded with a speech from the director of programme, Tan Rick Sheng which was the start of the closing ceremony. It was then followed by a speech from the Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Makmor Bakry. In his speech, he congratulated all the committee for their good effort in organizing the event despite the challenges faced during the pandemic. After that, the ceremony continued with a gimmick video and performance videos by Year 1 students. After playing the performance videos, the ceremony lightened up with the announcement of the winner of the games which are Chlorophyll 1 team for channel A while Chlorophyll 3 team for channel B. Lastly, the ceremony continued with the Dean\u2019s List Award and ended with the announcement of the winner of performance videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
