With 83 participants from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences, and Faculty of Dentistry, the event buzzed with energy. Students learned skills such as passing, shooting, and ball control in basketball and netball; serving and blocking in volleyball; and frisbee throwing and catching techniques. But more than just learning the rules, participants enjoyed stepping out of their comfort zones, staying active, and connecting with friends in a lively and supportive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although this year\u2019s event has ended, don\u2019t worry! It will be back next year with more exciting activities and sports to try! Whether you\u2019re a seasoned player or someone looking to start, remember that it\u2019s never too late to discover your love for sports.
