Project title: Role of pharmacist in collaborative care of frail elderly people.<\/p>\n

Duration: 2 years<\/p>\n

Requirements: In addition to being highly motivated in research, candidates should also have the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Bachelor degree with CGPA >3.00 in pharmacy or other health-related sciences (nursing, psychology etc.) from a recognized tertiary institution<\/li>\n
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
